Appointment Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate the opportunity to care for you. Because each appointment time is reserved specifically for a patient, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be subject to our cancellation policy and any applicable fees. This policy applies to all appointment types.

Providing advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and appreciate your communication and consideration. If you need to make a change to your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible.
